KOREA EAST-WEST POWER INVITED BIDS FOR 150,000 MT OF MIN 4,400 - MAX 5,499 NAR COAL
 COALspot.com: KOREA EAST-WEST POWER CO. LTD. of South Korea has issued an international tender for total 150,000 MT of LCV coal for May – June 2020 loading for EWP Power Plants
According to the bid notice No. EWP-COAL–2020–SP01 terms and conditions, the bidders are required offer One single fixed FOBT price basis.

Note
- Single Mine Only
- In the case of Indonesian coal, the certificates of determination of quantity and quality should be issued by an international Independent Inspection Agency which will be selected by the Buyer. The cost shall be borned by the Buyer.
- In case of Indonesian coal, the Seller shall undertake marine insurance at its own cost.In the event the Regulation No.80 Year 2018 and its Technical Guidelines No.02/Daglu/Per/1/2019 issued by the Indonesian Minister of Trade(MOT) is enforced. Any lay-time used or all costs occurred due to failure of Seller to comply with such Regulation and caused delay in customs clearance/ vessel sailing shall be on account of Seller.
- Submitting MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is required before payment.
