COALspot.com: South Korea’s Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. (KOEN) has issued an international tender for total 460,000 to 500,000 Metric Tons (MT) steam coal to burn in Samcheonpo, Yeongheung and Yeosu Thermal Power Plants.
According to the bid notice no. KOEN-Coal-2019-SP07~09 terms and conditions, the bidders are required offer 200,000 MT of Min. 5,600 NCV coal (SP07 (HCV)), 130,000 to 150,000 MT of Min. 5,600 NCV coal (SP08 (HCV)) and 130,00 to 150,000 MT of Min.4,600 NCV coal (SP09 (LCV)).

The Bid including the price shall be bound as a firm offer and valid till KST 18:00 on11th of July, 2019.The bidder who does not give the validity till KST 18:00 on 11 July, 2019 shall be disqaulified. KOEN may request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the Bid, if necessary.
