KOSPO INVITING BIDS FOR 320K MT OF LOW CALORIFIC VALUE COAL
 COALspot.com: South Korea state-owned utility Korea Southern Power Co. Ltd (KOSPO) issued a tender for 320,000 MT of min 3,800 kcal/kg NCV low calorific value coal for March - April, 2019 loading.
According to Bid Notice No. KOSPO-Coal-2019-SC-EST02 terms, coal producers are required offer 320,000 MT minimum 3,800 kcal/kg NCV coal on one single Fixed price (US$) FOBT Only.
Shipment Size
320,000MT (±10%) (80,000 x 4 Panamax)
Restrictions
Each shipment of coal to be purchased by KOSPO and delivered by the Bidder shall be entirely supplied from a coal mine company with the latest annual production record of Min. 10 million tons(with the latest annual production record of Min. 5 million tons of the coal with the quality as per tender requirement).
Bidders are also asked to supply a fresh coal produced from a single coal mine no more than two weeks before loading to the mother vessel for each shipment.
