2Q'16 FOB INDONESIA COAL SWAP FALLS NEARLY 4.76 PER CENT M-O-M
 COALspot.com: Indonesian coal swap for delivery 4Q 2015 declined month on month and week over week.
The 4Q swap was declined $ 2.20 (-5.13%) per ton to US$ 40.65 month over month according to AsiaClear OTC coal swap's reports released on 21 August 2015, last Friday.
FOB Indonesia coal swap
According to this past week’s SGX data, Sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap (average) 1Q swap was also fell $ 2.05 (4.76%) per MT month on month and US$ 1.55 per mt week on week on 21 August 2015.
The SGX's data further shows that, FOB Indonesia coal swap for 2Q 2016 delivery lost US$ 2.05 (-4.76%) per MT month on month and closed at US$ 41.00 per MT.
Sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap, as per SGX's data, particularly Q4’15, 1Q and 2Q '2016 deliveries declined month over month and week on week.
SGX Asia Clear OTC Sub-Bit Indonesia coal 4Q 2015 delivery swap closed US$ 0.35 (0.86%) lower compared to average 2Q’16 delivery price of US$ 41 on 21 August 2015.
The sub-bit Indonesia's coal swaps for 4Q 2015 lost average $ 1.75 within a week and 1Q and 2Q 2016 declined by US$ 1.55 week over week. Miners are almost lost their grip in price and they are struggling now to keep their operation cost low to address the falling prices.
A person familiar with Indonesian coal Industry says, Sumatera based low calorific value coal producers have shipped their coal at around US$ 24 per ton to India in July 2015, while North Kalimantan’s ultra low calorific value coal was shipped at around US$ 15.00 - 15.25 per ton in July 2015.
